1- How can i return a product? How is the return procedure?

Our customers who shop from our stores, between 30 days after the issuance of the facture can change or return their products. if you want to change the purchased product going to any brillanthome store will be sufficient. if you want to return the product and take back the money you paid, you have to go to the brillanthome your purchased your product. Important! to change or return the products you have to bring with you the facture and original packing.

2- How do I clean my curtains?

The washing should be in 30˚ Celsius with color detergents or wool shampoos that are not containing optical brightening agents. You should use curtain cleaning or delicate fabric programs of your machine and de not to spin your curtains. For chenille and its derivatives you must not do hand washing or machine washing, you definitely have to send it to dry-cleaners. Use dry-cleaning also for very delicate fabrics.

3- How do I iron my curtains?

After taking out your synthetic and polyester curtains from your washing machine hang them wet, the creases will be removed automatically. You must iron very cautiously your voiles crushed, the crush effect must not be removed while ironing and it must not be deformed. If possible without ironing the curtain, it has to be hand after drying. For the fabrics produced in a frequency of 20 yarns and for organza’s while ironing the stream control must be done very cautiously and the ironing must be done in warm temperature.

4- What do I have to pay attention using comforter sets?

Before washing you have to inside out the product.
If washed at a temperature higher than 40˚ Celsius your product may shrink 3% in width, 5% in length and its color may be worn 4%.
It must not be exposed to water more than 1 hour.
Do not use in-wash stain removers.
Iron in warm temperatures and use wet cloths not to deform it.

5- What do I have to pay attention using towels and bathrobes?

Before the first usage wash your towel. A temperature level of 40˚ Celsius is advised. Only for white colored products you can use optical brightening agents. You can iron them on warm temperatures.
